Tall Timbers is a well maintained, family-friendly community located within the center of Little Egg Harbor close to the post office, Super Wawa, several pharmacies, Walmart and the Municipal complex. Tall Timbers was first developed in 1988 and completed in 2001. There are three sections of the community with a mix of attached townhomes and condominiums/garden style apartment located throughout.

Along with the benefits of its location, Tall Timbers is surrounded by an abundance of natural wooded areas and artistically landscaped berms. The amenities include a very large pool, two tennis courts, a basketball court, a clubhouse and a nature trail.  The recently upgraded clubhouse is the information center for the community. Meetings, recreation events, and card games are a part of the on-going activities for residents, along with a lending library that is a welcome retreat to enjoy some quiet time.

Outside of the community there are numerous parks for hiking, fishing, cross country skiing, playgrounds, tennis courts, museum, libraries, and an array of festivals, craft shows and flea markets throughout the year. In addition, there excellent restaurants, craft beer breweries, outdoor seasonal markets and several new bakeries. 

The borough of Tuckerton, known for excellent clamming, fishing, the Seaport Museum and a newly built fishing pier, is two miles from our community. 

The homes in Tall Timbers were designed with a variety of living styles in mind. They range from 1 ½ to 2 ½ bathroom models, with the kitchen located either facing the street or an island kitchen located in the middle of the unit. The condominiums are large and spacious, some with direct access and other models offering a common hallway. All of the condos have a patio or balcony in which to enjoy the beautiful outdoors of Southern Ocean County. Tall Timbers is truly a community that residents are proud to call home.
