• One (1) pet per unit.
• All pets must be registered with the Tall Timbers Homeowners Association office.
• Pets must be kept on a leash with a maximum length of (6`) feet when outside the home.
• Pet owners must pick up after their pet and dispose of it properly.
• Pets cannot be tied up or staked outside the unit.
• Pet structures of any type cannot be erected or placed anywhere in the Tall Timbers Community.
• Dogs over 7 months of age must be licensed annually through Little Egg Harbor Township and a copy of said license provided to the TTHOA office.  Proof of Rabies inoculation is required.
