Tall Timbers is made up of townhomes and condominiums. Wooded areas surround our community. If you enjoy nature this is the community for you.

We are a Homeowners Association where all members contribute to the common area maintenance by paying a monthly assessment. The Board of Directors and part time staff members oversee the common areas. The monthly assessment covers the cost of landscaping, snow removal, and pool maintenance and administration expenses including insurance for the common areas.

Owners of the townhouses must carry homeowners insurance with extended coverage and are responsible for maintenance of the exterior of their home i.e. roof, siding, and windows.

Each member of a living unit will be obligated to comply with the terms and conditions of the Declaration and Restrictive Covenants. From these documents the By Laws and Rules and Regulations were developed. The Rules and Regulations are mailed to each member upon purchase or when there are changes. There is another set of rules that govern the use of the pool. These rules are provided for each unit at the beginning of the pool season, Memorial Day week-end.

The five member Board of Directors is commissioned to preserve the character of the community and protect the value of each living unit. Board members are elected to office for a two year term. There is also a Finance Committee and Building and Grounds Committee who work with the Board of Directors to carry out the mission.

Board Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month and are open to members. There is an Annual Meeting of the members held in August. The election to the Board of Directors takes place at this meeting.
